Ryder Realty Costa Rica was founded by Daniel Ryder, whose connection to Costa Rica spans more than 30 years. Daniel first visited Costa Rica as a child in the 1990s to attend a surf camp, where he fell in love with the waves, the people, and the country’s unique culture.
Before transitioning into real estate, Daniel founded Costa Rica’s first full-service stand-up paddleboard shop, gaining years of firsthand experience living and doing business throughout the country. He has been a renter, buyer, seller, landlord, and investor, giving him valuable insight into the Costa Rican real estate market.
Today, Daniel works alongside a trusted network of experienced real estate agents and attorneys, helping connect buyers with knowledgeable local professionals and exceptional properties throughout Costa Rica.
